I just finished putting together the ruhbarb pies for today's Farmers Market. It took about two hours to accomplish this.
Below is the prepared rhubarb for the pies.
Below the pies shells are filled with the custard/ruhbarb filling.
Below is the crumb topping for the pies -- flour, brown sugar,
a little oatmeal, and margine.
After approximately one hour of baking -- the finished product.
